Sew Along / Block of the Month
General Info
This year we would like to complete 2 SewAlongs instead of a standard Block of the Month. There will be 2 sessions: August- December and January-May. The quilts are smaller in size so that you have plenty of time to complete them.

During the 2nd Saturday Virtual Sew Togethers we will include discussion and questions about the patterns in the morning, perhaps watch a video together, and share progress. Camille and Karen will be online about 10:00 to answer questions. Be sure to join in, even if you aren't participating in the SewAlong, all sewing friends are welcome.
There is a suggested schedule for the Sew Along below but, each quilter can select any of the six quilt options or choose to complete random blocks from any of the designs. You can use creative freedom with quilt sizing, block sizes, and colors. The color provided on the chart are suggestions, especially if you are choosing to work on a different block each month or plan to make a scrappy quilt.

Templates for the Drunkard's Path and Half Rectangle Triangles are provided (links to the right) and links to the acrylic templates from Missouri Star are also provided. Ensure that you reference the original videos for the full instructions for each block/quilt.

Feel free to donate any blocks or quilts to hospice as most of these are perfect for that purpose.

September Update
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the August Sew Together. We are off to a great start. It's not too late to get started. Remember you can do a couple of blocks or a whole quilt. Make them your own or use the pattern as is. The links are available on Facebook and the website. I'll see everyone next month at the Sew Together! Camille
